My service as usual was outstanding. The work the do is only what you need nothing made up to pad the bill. The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. I will be back with my cars. They are the best. Thank You

I brought my car in with very little notice regarding what I thought was a major problem with a tire. Even though the Intown Team was pretty busy given that it was a snowy Friday on the day of their company party, they still found time to get to my car. It turned out to be a minor problem which they fixed so I could have my car for the weekend. Greta job as always.

Thank you Mr. Gilligan for your continued loyalty and trust. Through any kind of weather, even that crazy storm, we are always here to help in any way we can!

In the past I have always had my vehicle serviced at the dealership. Recently I went for an oil change and was informed that I needed both radiator hoses replaced and rear brakes. They were going to replace the brake pads and cut the rotors. I mentioned that I was getting some vibration when braking at higher speeds and was told that was brake vibration. They did not have the radiator hoses in stock so I said that I would get back to them regarding the repairs. I went online to search for local auto repair shops and came across intown auto. I scheduled an appointment online Thanksgiving Day. Mike called back shortly afterwards (yes on Thanksgiving Day) to get some information regarding my vehicle. To make a long story short, I took my car in for the necessary repairs. The diagnosis was different than that of the dealer. My rear brakes were still good for approximately 3 to 6 thousand miles. The radiator hoses did need replacing. However the coolant was leaking from the thermostat housing. The dealer did not disclose that information. Whether or not they missed it, I can only speculate. The dealer told me that my front brakes were fine. Mike at intown said that the front brake pads were fine, but the rotors were warped. That is what was causing the vibration. Had I let the dealer perform the work that was initially recommended I would still have had the brake vibration. Intown auto care does quality work at a reasonable price. Going forward I will have my vehicles serviced at intown auto.

Thank you Peter and it was great to see you again last week. We appreciate the time you took to share your experience. We want all of our customers to be informed and properly educated on what ails their vehicle so that you can make good decisions.

If you are going to trust someone with your car, to do the right work, at a reasonable place, these are the folks to trust. Don't waste your time or money going to dealers except for warranty work that they can confirm you won't have to pay for. Mike, Suzanne and the In-Town team have taken car of our Audi A5 and Hyundai Santa Fe for years. Nothing but great service.

Thank you Eric for your continued trust and loyalty. We will miss you when you head to warmer weather, but we will always be here if you need us when you visit! Best of luck to you always!
