Repair Assurance Warranty Program
4 YEARS / 40,000 MILES


Travel Assurance for when you are 25 miles or beyond the original repair facility!

In-House Warranty: Enjoy peace of mind with our 4-year/40,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first) on most repairs performed at our shop. This excludes maintenance items, wearable components, and towing or additional expenses resulting from issues related to a warranted repair (e.g., hotel stays or rental cars). Decisions on coverage for specific repairs are at our discretion.


Repair Assurance Warranty Program - If you’re traveling or have moved more than 25 miles from our shop, you’re still covered! Our program connects you with participating service centers across the U.S. and Canada to honor your warranty, ensuring seamless care for your vehicle.


What’s Covered

  • Air conditioning, heating, and climate control systems
  • Engine cooling, fuel, and emission control systems
  • Brakes, steering/suspension, and drivetrain systems
  • Electrical, ignition, and exhaust systems

What’s Not Covered

  • Maintenance and wearable components (e.g., tires, batteries, clutches, brake pads)
  • Internal engine or transmission repairs
  • Bodywork, paint, or commercial vehicle repairs
  • Towing or additional expenses resulting from a defective repair (e.g., hotel stays or rental cars).


How to Access Outside Warranty Service

  1. Keep Your Records: Hold on to the original repair invoice to validate your warranty coverage.
  2. Call Before Repairs: Contact the warranty administrator at 1-877-427-7411 before having any work done. Assistance is available Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–8 p.m. ET, and Saturday, 8 a.m.–5:30 p.m. ET (excluding holidays).
  3. Follow Instructions: The administrator will guide you to the nearest participating service center. If no participating centers are available nearby:
  • You may use a non-participating facility for repairs.
  • If the facility doesn’t accept direct payment from the warranty program, you’ll need to pay for the repair and submit the invoices for reimbursement.

  4. Reimbursement Process: Submit your original repair invoice along with the warranty repair invoice to the administrator for review. All documents will be returned promptly after processing.
