We took our Land Rover Defender in for service for the first time and were very pleased with the professionalism, communication, and personable staff. We were given a reasonable estimate for the services to be completed and updated on the progress of the maintenance throughout the process. The work was finished when promised and the price was lower than the estimate since not all services were needed at this time. Everyone we encountered was easy to work with, pleasant and friendly. Looking forward to doing business with InTown Auto Care again.

This organization is top notch! From the moment we met to discuss the problem until the problem was fixed I felt very secure knowing I was getting the best service possible. This is a family owned and run organization and I felt like family. The cost was in line with other estimates I had received and the repair was completed just as I expected. And I love the shuttle service that made it extremely convenient for me to get back and forth to work on a weekday. I'm going to have all my BMW repairs done at INTOWN!
