We started coming to Ebert's due to their location (walking distance to home) and stayed because of their excellent customer service and repair work. They go above and beyond for their customers and are wonderful to do business with.

Ed Ebert's does a great job with our fleet of vehicles.

I like to be able to drop off my car early and know I will be getting it back later that day. Even though my service needs were simple, I appreciated that the car was inspected for more that 2 dozen separate elements ranging from tires, to battery, to belts and brakes....and for no extra charge. I also appreciated the car ride back home rather than having to wait at the shop for the service to be completed. I never felt that I was being pushed to purchase services or parts I didn't ask for.

It was a routine 40,000milw service, done quickly and thoroughly --just what I asked for.

Ebert's did a fine job. They diagnosed and fixed my problem promptly. They shuttled me back home while they repaired my car and picked me up when they had completed their work. When a manufacturer part failed once, they replaced it promptly with no additional charge. I could not ask for a better service company.

Listened attentively to the car's issues and hit the problem my Porsche was having on the head using proper diagnostic equipment and fixed it.
