Everyone made me feel welcome and taken care of. Mike Dunn has a great sense of humor which is disarming for us people who know little to nothing about cars and their problems. I like that they were willing to assist me in dropping off my car and offered me a ride home or even a "loaner bike".

In addition to the specific reason that I brought my car in to Ed Ebert's, my car was checked for any problems, using a 32 point checklist. I appreciate that this was done, because there were potential problems that hadn't yet affected performance of the car, but if left unaddressed could have led to much worse problems and bigger repairs. And, the immediate problem that I was having with the car was fixed.

Ed Eberts, now operated by Mike and Suzanne Dunn, is by far the most knowledgeable, capable, and friendly auto service place we've been. Everyone is always upbeat and ready to explain any problems we're having and repairs that need to be done. Best of all is that nobody gives you an attitude like "How could you not know that . . . ? We really look forward to our next visit.
