I took my van there, with a problem. They diagnosed the problem. I got a quick appointment to bring it in. AND, it was ready on time.

Promised my vehicle in 1.5 hours and got a complimentary cup of coffee from Moore's Bagels because my car was being serviced at InTown Autocare.

They do great work, as always, and stand behind their work which I really appreciate!

Good and bad. Adam was great answer all questions. Tech that work on truck did good job. Others on phone could not answer the most simple of questions. Price was very high for work done. I'm knew to area my family and I are looking for a place has good techs and fair prices. We own 4 cars I could not afford bring our other cars cost to high. My repair should been about 150 less. I was billed 750 for labor. The women on phone could not tell me the shop rate and gave silly reasons why I felt were miss leading. Repair a wire and change battery clamp 1000 dollars.

InTown is amazing. I found them 'by chance'. I had my BMW 'die' and needed a second opinion on its current state - Breanna and the team at InTown were so helpful, friendly, kind and prompt on providing me the information I needed quickly. They are amazing communicators and trustworthy. Unfortunately the BMW has moved on to the junkyard in the sky but I have a new Toyota now and will be taking to them too. Can't say enough positive things.
