I've owned German luxury cars for 20+ years and have always serviced them at the dealership assuming they had the technical skills, equipment and parts necessary to maintain high performance. Recently I brought in my low-mileage older BMW after it began stalling at stoplights. The dealer left it sitting on the lot for weeks, failing to replicate the problem which only occurred after driving the car for some time. Depending on the car's "computer", they replaced a part for $400+ and sent me on my way, only to find the stalling continued 20 minutes after I picked the car up. After reading the positive reviews for InTown Auto Care I gave them a try. They took the time to drive the car, experience the problem first-hand, and determined the "computer" itself was the problem. I also appreciated their technician (not their front-desk) taking the time to explain what was going on with my car in terms I could understand. I've also found their routine 40k mileage servicing of my Audi to be first-rate, and strongly recommend you trust InTown Auto Care to give your car the care it requires.
