I’ve been to numerous mechanics all over NY, NJ, CA, and MD. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. It’s no wonder they have so many 5 star reviews. The moment I saw them working on Aston Martin and McLaren I knew they would take care of my Alfa Romeo. They were extremely patient. They showed me exactly what’s wrong with my car and most importantly they were being honest and not making lies to get extra money. They even took me in the shop to show me old broken parts and answer all my questions. At the end they broke down every part they added and where the bought the part. They even have a shuttle to take you to where you need to be dropped off. At the end I got a full invoice and thank you card with gummy bears.

Excellent service and fair pricing.

The service was great and everything was completed in a timely manner. I like the online system they use to keep track of the work they’re doing and to let customers individually view the results and approve or reject service on the estimate. They’d forgotten to do the state inspection when I came to pick up my car but they addressed it right away by performing the inspection on the spot and not charging me for the service, so I was impressed with that. My main complaint is that it was way overpriced, even for a mechanic. Probably not surprising given it’s a wealthy area, but it’s hard for me to understand how it’s ever justifiable to charge $90 for an oil change. That’s worse than the dealership! Not sure I’d go back unless for some reason I thought money was no object, but people with a lot of expendable income will probably be happy customers.

These people are great. They did an exhaustive inspection of my car and thankfully and mercifully let me know that keeping it was a lost cause. Instead of compounding my misery, they charged me nothing for the experience and put me on the right path to get rid of the car. I would endorse them without reservation.

They did an awesome job fixing all my problems on my Jeep Wrangler and price was very reasonable!! Will definitely bring it back for future repairs.

InTown is honest, professional, timely, and courteous. Way better than taking it to the dealership. A great family operation.

The service I receive from InTown is always first rate. I am able to get an appointment within two days of call, repair costs are comparable to other shops, and when I indicate that I need vehicle by the end of day, they go above and beyond to get car repaired on same day for my pick up.

Front office is polite and thorough. I appreciate Intown washing my vehicle prior to pick up. The shop did a great job!
