my experience with this shop was exceptionally Great, they informed me with every item they repaired. I was very pleased with their service and expect that I will be a regular customer.

The people at INTOWN AUTO are the absolute best. They due great work and you can trust them not to rip you off. Places I’ve gone in the past always seemed to find “other things wrong.” Intown doesn’t do that. They tell you up front what needs to be done. Their mechanics are the best.

Excellent vehicle inspection, addressing issues, very attentive service

I recently took my BMW 320i to InTown Auto Care and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I came in for a synthetic oil change and regular checkup and their maintenance inspection covered everything I needed and much more. Their technicians are very thorough and do everything in their power to make sure your vehicle is safe. They also have the friendliest and most helpful service advisors I have ever dealt with. The whole time my car was in their shop I felt confident and informed with everything they were doing. My previous service shops have left me disappointed but I can assure you that your expectations will be exceeded at Intown Auto Care. I recommend this place 100% to anybody with a European car that is looking for a trustworthy and highly qualified shop to keep them safe and running perfectly. They also have an incredible 3 year or 30k mile warranty that I haven’t seen anywhere else.

I had recent great car repair experience at the Mill Street, IN Town, Moorestown. My Mercedes was diagnosed. "treated" and returned to me with full explanation of the "services' performed. What was really superior was the courtesy I received upon my arrival leaving the car and picking it up. During the time, my car was in their shop I was apprised of the necessary services and the time frame involved. There were no surprises with the fees involved because that was the real courtesy shown. The following day I received a call about how my car rode and if I had any concerns. My Mercedes received great maintanance service in a good time frame. I had appointment and was received politely. I was apprised of the usual needs for services and the unusual...no surprises when I picked up the car. I had fine courtesy from the staff. This is certainly a family oriented business operation.
