Very professional and experienced. This was my initial service for my Porsche, and the have won over a customer for a long term relationship.

I could not be more pleased with InTown Auto. From the time I spoke with Breana the receptionist, who was friendly and efficient to when Mike, the owner, called me to keep me updated on my vehicle, everything was handled very professionally. This company is trustworthy and honest... Something rare these days! Don't waste time and money going elsewhere.

Mike and everyone at In-Town were amazing. I took my Audi Q3 after having some issues I wasn't prepared for. They explained everything, took great care of the car, kept me updated and overall just went above and beyond. I feel very lucky that I found In-Town and they had my complete trust. When we leave our cars for service at 'Intown', we're always assured of getting good communication if/when there is an unexpected issue to be address. The cars always are returned cleaned with no evidence that anyone has been inside working. We've been coming to this location for over 20 years and hope to continue for years to come.

Once again, I needed a repair done in a hurry and, even though the part needed was not easy to find because it was not a factory part, they found it and completed the job with time to spare.
