Dropped off the car for service knowing it might be a long wait but hoping for a cancellation so they could fit me in. After 4-5 days ended up taking the car elsewhere. Disappointed.
Thank you Mr. Schriber for sharing your experience. As noted, we were unable to give you an appointment right away and suggested leaving the car with us in case we had a cancellation. Unfortunately, with our schedule which is booked out 3.5 weeks in advance, we did not have any cancellations while your car was with us. You were on the list and scheduled accordingly, we just had all of our appointments show. This has been a crazy time with the influx of people using their cars. Being booked out seems like a good thing, but in this case it just did not work out. We don't want you to have to wait so long for service, but we did our best. We hope your repair went well and we are always available to you 24/7 for any questions or concerns you may have.
