Very professional and courteous staff!! Dealt with Chris in the office who was helpful, called and explained repairs needed and accurate costs. I really liked the initial consult and what was and wasn't needed computerized report including pictures from under the car to see what was necessary in repairs. Had the pleasure of speaking with Mike also regarding what was done in my service repair. After so many years of taking my car to the dealer for service, I'm very happy that I finally trust and have a neighborhood auto repair shop to go to that works on Mercedes-Benz. I'll be back!

I called up for State inspection spoke to Chris who was extremely polite explained the time needed, told me price and asked what time I was thinking of coming the next day. Upon arriving next day I was greeted by Chris again very polite and said it would be 30 mins or less I was welcome to take a walk or hang out there. I decided to go to store across the street, within 20 mins I received a phone call my car was complete. Once I went back Mike and Suzanne was there with Chris we conducted small talk, few laughs and off I went. Highly recommend this neighborhood shop. Very welcoming and comfortable.
