My first experience with in Town Auto Care was good overall. In my case, our vehicle needed extensive and diverse work to be done. It covered repairs to the transmission, engine, suspension, and exhaust systems. Each area of repair needs were confidently evaluated and recommend repairs were documented in writing and in vidio correspondence. Due to extensive nature of necessary repairs, the work did take a long time to complete and to thoroughly road test. I felt confident the work was being completed with quality materials, workmanship and attention to our post-work road safety check coming up soon. Repair cost were high, though I believed it would be reasonably competitive - and the adage of 'you get what you pay for' is likely well in play here. Overall I am pleased + the post work follow up check is a very good & admirable auto repair practice. The shop is also NJ State Inspection Certified, which I also took advantage of on this visit. Not many, few in fact, auto repair shops could compete on auto repair competency, and general, high quality workmanship. I can recommend others to schedule their auto service with In Town Auto Care. When you get right down to It ; 'Care' in their shops name may well be the important, operative word to sum up my first auto repair experience with the Shop and their entire Customer Care staff - Care by Owner & All throughout the staff genuinely 'Care' to get it right in providing exceptional customer service -- start to finish. Thank You All !! Mike K., Satisfied Customer.
